Built for people who
have to be right.
Veridex comes out of Gigai Kripa Services — a software studio that ships web, mobile, AI and game products. We built Veridex because the answer to "who runs this company?" should come with a link, not a vibe.
A confident answer is not a correct one.
Ask a chatbot for a company's CEO and revenue and you get a fluent paragraph. It reads exactly the same whether it is right, out of date, or about a different company with a similar name. If you are building a prospect list, doing diligence, or writing something you have to stand behind, that fluency is the problem — it hides the uncertainty instead of showing it.
So we inverted the design. In Veridex the AI is never allowed to be the source of a fact. It plans the search and suggests where to look; every suggestion is then fetched and checked against the live page. What reaches you is a value, the URL it came from, how confident we are, and when we found it. If we cannot confirm something, you get Not found — which is a real answer, and a more useful one than a guess.
Two companies, one name.
Most of the engineering in Veridex is not extraction — it is making sure the data belongs to the company you actually meant. A name is a weak key; dozens of firms share one. So Veridex resolves to the official domain instead, because a domain is unique and checkable, and rejects records from sites that merely share a word with the name.
It is the least glamorous part of the product and by far the most important. Getting it wrong doesn't produce an error — it produces a clean, confident, completely wrong report.
Principles, not slogans
Show the working
Every value carries its source, its confidence and its date. If you can't check it, you shouldn't have to believe it.
A blank beats a guess
Unconfirmed fields resolve to Not found. Enforced in the code, not just promised in the copy.
The AI locates, data verifies
The model suggests leads. Live sources supply facts. A suggestion that doesn't resolve is thrown away.
Say what actually happens
The AI runs on your device and we have no server — but researching a company means querying public sources, and we tell you exactly which. No overclaiming.

Veridex is designed and built at Gigai Kripa Services, a studio that ships across the stack — web platforms, mobile apps, browser extensions and games. Veridex sits alongside FindUp and Sentinel in a line of tools built on the same bet: that Chrome's on-device AI makes it possible to build genuinely useful software that doesn't need your data on someone else's server.
