Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, logos and original game and software work are owned by Gigai Kripa Services or its clients. Project names and brands shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear to illustrate our work.

For client engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to you on final payment, as set out in your engagement agreement — code, design files and infrastructure included.

Engagements & payment

Project scope, fees and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due as scheduled in that agreement. Out-of-scope changes are quoted and approved before they’re built.

Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigai Kripa Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Engagement agreements may specify their own governing law.
